How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can update your email preferences at any time. Here’s how:

From an Email:

1. Open a Glo email in your inbox.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
3. Click the “Unsubscribe” link.

From Account Settings on a Web Browser:

1. Log in to Glo.com via a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
2. Click your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
3. Click “Account Settings.”
4. Click “Communication.”
5. Update your email preferences as needed.

Note: Email preferences cannot be updated through the Glo app.
