To change your password:
- Log in to Glo.com via a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Click your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Click “Account Settings.”
- Click “My account.”
- Click “Edit” next to your current password to update your password.
- Enter your current password, your new password (must be at least 8 characters long)
- Click "Save" to save the changes.
Note: Changing your password cannot be done through the Glo mobile app. This must be completed via a web browser.
