To change your email address:
- Log in to Glo.com via a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Click your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Click “Account Settings.”
- Click “My account.”
- Click “Edit” next to your current email address to update your email address.
- Enter your new email address and save your changes.
Note: Changing your email cannot be done through the Glo mobile app. This must be completed via a web browser.
