If you’re subscribed through Glo.com, here’s how to update your payment method:
- Log in to Glo.com through a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Click on your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Click “Account Settings.”
- Click “Payment.”
- Click “Click here” next to “Update payment method” to update your payment information.
- Click “+ Add another credit card.”
- Enter your credit card information.
- Click “Add new credit card.”
- You’ll see a confirmation message: "Your credit card has been added."
- The newly added card will automatically become your main payment method.
Note: Do not click "Save my subscription preference" if you already have an active account.
To Use or Delete a Saved Card:
- In the same Update payment information tab, click the dropdown menu to view your saved credit cards.
- To set a card as your main payment method, click "Select as main card."
- To remove a card, click "Delete."
Note: Changes to payment methods cannot be made through the Glo app. You must use a web browser to make these updates.
If you’re subscribed through a third-party provider (such as Apple, Google/Android, Amazon, or Roku), you’ll need to update your payment method directly through that provider.

PayPal is not an accepted form of payment for Glo subscriptions.
Tip: To ensure a smooth update to your payment method, check that your card has sufficient funds and is not expired before making changes. Also, confirm with your bank that charges from Glo are authorized to avoid any declines.
