If you have forgotten your password and can’t log in:
- Visit https://www.glo.com/forgot-password or click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Glo account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email. Click the link provided in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Note: Your new password must be at least 8 characters long. If you don’t receive the email within 15 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.
