Managing your Glo account starts with knowing where to find Account Settings. Whether you’re using a web browser or the Glo mobile app, here’s how to locate it:
Using a Web Browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.):
- Log in to Glo.com.
- Click your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Click “Account Settings.”
Using the iOS Glo app:
- Open the Glo app and log in.
- Tap “My Practice” in the bottom right corner.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
Please note, the mobile apps do not offer as many options as the Account Settings on the website.
