We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help you understand how refunds and cancellations work for your Glo subscription.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once they've been processed. We may make exceptions at our discretion — if you have a question about a charge, contact us using the details below. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our Support team at support@glo.com as soon as possible. We recommend reaching out within 30 days of the charge so we can review your account and assist you as quickly as possible. If you spot something later than that, please still let us know, reporting after 30 days doesn't limit your rights.
If you subscribed directly through Glo.com website, you can cancel at any time by visiting your Glo Account Settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and we'll email you a confirmation. You never need to call anyone to cancel. If you need step-by-step instructions, please view the “How do I cancel my Glo subscription” article.
If your subscription is managed by a third-party provider (such as Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku), you will need to contact them directly to request a refund, because that platform is the seller for your subscription and handles billing and refunds under its own terms. Each provider has its own refund policies, which you can access through the links below:
- Apple App Store: How to request a refund
- Google Play Store: Request your Google Play refund
- Roku: Roku Support Center
- Amazon: Amazon Subscription Support
If your card statement shows *LINK.COM* alongside the Glo descriptor, your subscription was sold by Stripe as the merchant of record. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Link support under Link's consumer terms. You can still manage and cancel your subscription in your Glo Account Settings as usual.
When we do issue a refund, it's made in the currency of the original charge. The amount you receive may differ from the amount charged because of exchange-rate changes or fees from your bank or card issuer, which we don't control.
Our goal is to make managing your Glo subscription as easy as possible.
Helpful Tip: If you're on a free trial, we'll email you before it ends with the charge amount, how often you'll be billed, and how to cancel. You can also find your next billing date any time in your Account Settings under Subscription.
Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law that can't be waived.
