Getting a copy of your invoice depends on how you subscribed to Glo. Follow the steps below based on your subscription type:
If you subscribed through Glo.com:
- Log in to Glo.com via a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Click your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Click “Account Settings.”
- Click “Payment.”
- At the bottom of the page under “Payment history,” click “Click here” to view or print your payment history.
Note: You cannot access or print your payment history using the Glo mobile app.
If you subscribed through a Third-Party Provider:
If you subscribed through Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku, your subscription provider will send you an email confirmation of your payment. Check your inbox for this email or contact the provider directly for a copy of your invoice.
