Knowing when your next billing date is helps you stay in control of your subscription.
If you’re subscribed through Glo.com, here’s how to check your billing date:
- Log in to Glo.com through a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Click on your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Click “Account Settings.”
- Click “Payment,” and your next billing date will be displayed.
If you prefer to check your billing date on the Glo app, follow these steps:
- Open the Glo app and log in
- Tap the “My Practice” tab located at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap the settings icon located at the top of your screen.
- Tap “Manage Account,” and your next billing date will be displayed.
If you subscribed through Apple, Roku, Android, or Amazon:
To view your most accurate billing information, go to your subscription settings in your device settings. Each provider has a slightly different process, so if you’re not sure how to access your subscription settings, check out these links for guidance:

Tip: If you signed up for a free trial or a discounted subscription and don’t want it to renew, set a reminder in your calendar to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. This ensures you avoid unexpected charges and stay in control of your subscription!
