We understand that circumstances change, and if you need to cancel your Glo subscription, we're here to guide you through the process.
Canceling depends on how you signed up and paid for your subscription. When you cancel, auto-renewal will be turned off for your next billing cycle, but you will retain access to your account for the remainder of your current billing cycle. It's important to note that deleting the Glo app or your account in the Glo app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If you registered on our Glo.com website, you can easily cancel your subscription by following these steps using your computer (please note, this cannot be done through the Glo app).
- Log in to Glo.com through a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Click on your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Click “Account Settings.”
- Click “Payment.”
- Scroll down and click “Cancel your account.”
- Select your reason for canceling and fill out the other required fields.
- Check the box to confirm.
- Click “Yes, cancel my account.”
You can also cancel your Glo subscription using your mobile device by following these steps:
- Log in to Glo.com through a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Tap the three-line menu icon in the top left corner.
- Tap “Settings.”
- Tap “Payment.”
- Scroll down and tap “Cancel your account.”
- Select your reason for canceling and fill out the other required fields.
- Tap the checkbox to confirm.
- Tap “Yes, cancel my account.”
Note: After completing these steps, you will receive a confirmation email to finalize the cancellation. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us at support@glo.com to confirm your subscription has been canceled.
