Pregnancy is a wonderful time to deepen your practice. The classes recommended below are good if you have not had any complications and before you take the classes please email/call/show your doctor the class selection and make sure they are safe for you specifically!

Intro to Prenatal Yoga - We recommend taking this class first to all pregnant folks, even if you are familiar with your practice you will learn from this.
Prenatal 1st Trimester:
- First trimester love- This is a collection of classes that are great for your first trimester! You can save it to your Library and always find it there under the Collections tab.
- Moving Into Motherhood: First Trimester- This is a Program of classes with Ali Owens. We have a program for the second and third trimesters as well.
- Prenatal Happy Back - These self-care tools can be used throughout all three trimesters to support a healthy, happy pregnancy and back.
- Meditation for Mamas-to-be - Collection, 15 min meditations with Jo Tastula
- Prenatal Power Program- 3 classes that are Pilates/yoga fusion and what we recommend for more challenging prenatal practices, but safe for any trimester
Prenatal 2nd Trimester (months 4, 5, 6):

Please note that postnatal classes are not recommended until after your 6-week check-up and specific approval from your doctor to resume physical exercise.
