If you have connected your Glo account to Sign in with Apple, logging into Glo may differ depending on the device. Some devices, like Roku and Amazon Fire TV, do not support the Sign in with Apple feature. Here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve login issues on unsupported devices:
Steps to Log into Unsupported Devices:
1. Find your Appe-Assigned Email Address
To find your Apple-assigned email address, please view the “How do I find my unique Apple email address?” article.
2. Reset Your Password
To access devices that don’t support Sign in with Apple, you’ll need to reset your password.
- Visit Reset Password on a web browser (not the Glo app).
- Enter the Apple-assigned email address you found in your account settings.
- Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Once your password is reset, use your Apple-assigned email address and new password to log into unsupported devices.
3. Update Your Email Address (Optional)
If you prefer not to use the Apple-assigned email address, you can update your Glo account with a new email address: How do I change my email?
This updated email can now be used to log into all devices, including those that don’t support Sign in with Apple.
Note: You will still be able to use Sign in with Apple on supported devices as long as you don’t disconnect your Apple account.
