If you’re having trouble downloading classes for offline viewing, try these steps:
1. Check Your Connection:
Make sure your device is connected to a strong WiFi signal.
2. Adjust Auto-Lock Settings (iOS Only):
Go to “Settings” → “Display and Brightness” → Set Auto-Lock to “Never.”
3. Lower Download Quality:
Open the Glo app → Tap the “My Practice” tab → Tap the gear icon (top left corner) → Tap “Preferences” → Tap “Offline Video Quality” → Select “Standard (720p).”
4. Check Your Storage Space:
Go to “Settings” → Tap “General” → See your available storage.
Free up space by deleting photos, music, or unused apps.
5. Close Background Apps:
Force quit other apps running in the background to improve performance.
6. Download One Class at a Time:
Avoid queuing multiple downloads to prevent errors.
7. Monitor Your Download:
Open the Glo app → Tap the “My Practice” tab → Under the “My Practice” and “My Library” tabs, you will see the progress of your download.
8. Check Internet Speed:
A minimum speed of 10 Mbps is recommended.
Use a speed test app to check your connection (https://www.speedtest.net/). If your speeds are slow, contact your internet provider.
9. Try Long-Term Downloads:
Start the download and let it run for several hours or overnight.
Tip: Make sure your device is plugged in or has a full battery to avoid interruptions during downloads.
