If you're experiencing streaming issues with Glo on your Roku, Amazon Firestick, or Apple TV, here are steps you can take to resolve the problem:
Steps to Fix Streaming Issues:
- Clear Cache and Cookies: This applies to Roku and Amazon Firestick only, as Apple TV does not store cache or cookies.
- Update Your Device: Ensure your Roku, Amazon Firestick, or Apple TV is running the most current software version.
- Restart Your Device: Power down your device, unplug it for a few seconds, and then restart it.
- Check for Glo App Updates: Open the app store on your device and see if a Glo app update is available.
- Reinstall the Glo App: Delete the Glo app, reinstall it, and log in again.
- Test Your Internet Speed: Use the same internet connection as your TV and run a speed test. We recommend at least 10 Mbps for smooth streaming. Take a screenshot of your speed test results for reference.
Service Errors:
If you see a service error, check for Glo app updates and retry the app. These errors sometimes resolve on their own within a day or two, but let us know if they persist.
