If your classes are not playing smoothly, follow these simple steps to troubleshoot:
-
Check your internet speed. Streaming issues are often caused by a slow or unstable connection. Visit Speedtest to check your download speed.
-
- We recommend a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
- If your speed is lower, contact your internet service provider to see if they can optimize your connection.
-
- Use Google Chrome for the best streaming experience. Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version. If you’re already using Chrome, clear your cache and cookies, then open a new window and try streaming again. If the issue continues, switch to a different browser to see if it helps.
- Adjust the video quality. Start playing the class and click the gear icon in the bottom-right corner of the video player. Select a lower quality option (the lower the number, the smoother the playback on a slower connection).
- Restart your router and device. Power them off, wait a few seconds, and then turn them back on to refresh your connection.
