You can redeem your Glo gift card by clicking the link in the gift email you received or, if you have a code, directly on our website at https://www.glo.com/gift/redeem.
If you are subscribed through a third-party provider (such as Apple, Android, Amazon, or Roku), and you received a gift card, you won’t be able to redeem it on your current subscription. To redeem your gift card:
- Cancel your current subscription with your third-party provider.
- Once canceled, use the gift redemption link through the gift email or a web browser (not the app).
- Ensure you log in using the exact same credentials associated with your Glo account.
