- Ask the recipient to search for "Glo" or "You've been given the gift of Glo" in their email inbox.
- Have them check their Junk or Spam folders.
If the recipient still cannot find the gift email:

- Include the recipient’s email address and the email you used to purchase the gift card.
- We’ll be happy to assist and ensure the gift card is delivered.
