Intensity 1
Our lowest intensity level requires little to no physical effort. You’ll find slow-paced classes featuring long holds, restorative poses, and gentle stretches designed to relax the body and release tension.
Intensity 2
This intensity level will get you moving. The pacing is generally mild to moderate. You may encounter flowing movement or strength work, but you’ll typically be able to maintain a comfortable, steady breath.
Intensity 3
Expect to challenge your strength and endurance at this intensity level. Classes range from fast-paced yoga flows to strength workouts, where you’ll likely breathe harder and break a sweat.
Intensity 4
Classes in our highest intensity level are designed to help you reach your maximum capacity. From heart-rate-boosting cardio to strength work that delivers the burn, these classes are for those who like to finish their practice sweaty and out of breath.
Make sure to listen to your body: If you're new to yoga, Pilates, or fitness, start with Intensity 1 or Intensity 2 and gradually work your way up as your strength and endurance improve.
