Programs provide structured guidance to support your practice, whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi. They are designed to help you progress and achieve your goals over multiple sessions, offering a more focused and intentional approach to your practice.
- Log in to Glo.com through a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) or the Glo app.
- Click the “Search” tab.
- Type a keyword or apply filters.
- Click the “Programs” tab under the search filters to view relevant options.
- Once you select a program, click “Start program” at the top of the program page.
- Select your practice schedule:

- Practice on your own time: No reminders, complete classes at your convenience.
- Set a schedule: Select specific days to practice, and Glo will send email reminders to keep you on track.
If your personal schedule doesn’t align with the program’s schedule, you can easily update or reschedule any class within the program to better suit your availability. Please note: This feature is only available on the Glo app and not on the web browser.
If the program no longer fits your needs, you can exit at any time by scrolling to the bottom of the program page and clicking "Quit program."
How to Access Your Enrolled Programs
- Log in to Glo.com through a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) or the Glo app.
- Click on your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Click “My Library.”
- Click “Programs” and pick up where you left off anytime.
Completing a Program
- Your program is considered complete once you finish all the classes.
- If you miss a scheduled class, no problem! You can take it later, and it will still count toward your completion.
