For more guidance and structure in your practice, programs are here for you! Whether you are a complete beginner or advanced yogi, our programs are designed to help you progress and achieve in your practice over multiple sessions.
To explore programs, go to Search and begin Search as you would for any class, type in a keyword or apply filters, and all relevant programs will show under the program tab located under our search filters.
Once you have selected a program, you can enroll by pressing the I am ready to go found at the top of the program page.
When you enroll in a program you have the option to set your practice schedule. You will be presented with the option to practice on your own time or set your own schedule. If you set a schedule, we’ll send you email reminders to keep you on track. Once you’ve set your program schedule, it can’t be changed. However, you are free to take the classes at any time and they will still count towards your program completion. If you need to change the days on which you receive your reminders you will have to quit your program and restart it.
Your program is considered complete once you’ve finished all the classes. If you miss a scheduled class, don’t worry. You can go back and take the class at any time, and it will still count towards your program completion.
