Programs provide structured guidance to support your practice, whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi. They are designed to help you progress and achieve your goals over multiple sessions, offering a more focused and intentional approach to your practice.
How to Explore Programs
- Log in to Glo.com through a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) or the Glo app.
- Click the “Search” tab.
- Type a keyword or apply filters.
- Click the “Programs” tab under the search filters to view relevant options.
How to Enroll in Programs
- Once you select a program, click “I am ready to go” at the top of the program page.
- Select your practice schedule:

- Practice on your own time: No reminders, complete classes at your convenience.
- Set a schedule: Select specific days to practice, and Glo will send email reminders to keep you on track.
Note: Once a schedule is set, it cannot be changed. To adjust your schedule, you will need to quit the program and restart it.
How to Access Your Enrolled Programs
Completing a Program
- Your program is considered complete once you finish all the classes.
- If you miss a scheduled class, no problem! You can take it later, and it will still count toward your completion.
