Syncing Glo on your Apple Watch with Apple Health is simple. Follow these steps:
Ensure Glo is installed on your Apple Watch:
- Open the "Watch" app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down to the Installed on Apple Watch section.
- If Glo is listed, it's already installed. If not, find it in the Available Apps section
- Tap “Install” to add it to your Apple Watch.
Enable Health Data sharing for Glo:
- Open the “Health” app on your iPhone.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select “Apps” under the “Privacy” section.
- Tap on “Glo.”
- Tap on the categories you want Glo to access, or tap “Turn On All” to enable all categories.
Verify Fitness Tracking is enabled:
- Open “Settings” on both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
- Tap “Privacy & Security.”
- Tap “Motion & Fitness” and make sure “Fitness Tracking” is turned on.
Restart both devices:
- Power off your iPhone and Apple Watch.
- Turn them back on to refresh connections.
Open the Glo App:
- Open the Glo app on your Apple Watch to initiate data syncing with Apple Health.
If you have previously synced Glo with Apple Health and need to adjust permissions:
- Open the “Health” app on your iPhone.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the Summary page.
- Tap “Apps” under the “Privacy” section.
- Tap “Glo.”
- Update the data categories Glo can access as needed.
By following these steps, Glo should sync seamlessly with Apple Health, allowing you to track your workouts and health data.
