Here’s how to use filters step by step:
- Open the Glo app or website and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Search tab on the app or website.
- Select a practice like Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Fitness, or Education to narrow your results. You can select one or multiple practices.
- Select and use the available filters below the practice options to customize your results:
- Duration: Choose the class length.
- Level: Select a skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced).
- Intensity: Pick the level of physical exertion (Intensity 1-4).
- Style: Choose a specific type of class, like Vinyasa, Hatha, or Strength.
- Click "More Filters" to explore additional filters and you can refine your search by:
- Teacher: Find classes by a specific instructor.
- Focus: Target specific goals like Relaxation or Core Strength.
- Body Part: Focus on areas like shoulders, hips, or back.
- Props: Search for classes that use equipment like straps or blocks.
- Music: Filter classes with or without music.
- Click "Apply" to update your search results after selecting your filters.
- View the updated list of classes or programs based on your filters.
- Select any class to read its description and start practicing.

- Start Broad: Begin with one or two filters, then refine your search further.
- Try New Filters: Experiment with different combinations to discover new classes.
