Practice History is a new feature in the Glo experience, available on iOS, Android, and Web. It is automatically included with your Glo membership at no additional cost.
Practice History gives you a personal overview of your practice and helps you track your progress over time. You can view information such as your weekly goals, streaks, and completed classes across different timeframes, including week, month, year, and all time.
One important thing to keep in mind is that Practice History only counts fully completed classes. If you watch only part of a class, it will not be added to your Practice History and will not count toward your streaks or completed-class totals.
If you start a class but don't finish it, you can save it to My Queue so you can easily find it and return to it later. My Queue is a convenient place to keep classes you want to finish, revisit, or practice in the future, helping you organize the classes that are most relevant to you.
Saving a class to My Queue does not mark it as completed. The class will only appear in your Practice History and count toward your streaks and completed-class totals once you fully complete the class.
