We are excited to offer the option for our members to practice with their friends and family! In order to participate in a Practice Together class, all attendees must be a subscriber of Glo. If you would like to host a class, you can do so by navigating to the desired class on the website and select the button "Practice Together" in the upper right corner. You will then be presented with the following pop-up:
Select the "Practice Together" button to enter this features landing page. On the upper right-hand corner of the landing page, you have the option to mute your microphone, turn your camera on and off, and you can copy a link to send to up to 7 additional participants. Send the class link to your friends through your preferred form of communication and messaging. All the recipients need to do to join the class is click on the link and then click the “Join Class” button in the bottom right corner. Once all your participants have joined the class, you can select the option in the bottom right-hand corner to "Begin Class."
Once you are in the class, the host will be able to mute all participants and start the class. All participants have the ability to adjust their camera and volume settings before and during the class. Once the class starts, all participants, including the host, will be automatically muted. The host can pause the class at any time. Once the class is over, the participants will be unmuted. When you are ready to leave the class, the host can press the "End Class" button in the bottom right corner.
