Is trouble getting a class to Chromecast? We are currently working on optimizing Chromecast on all devices to minimize all small glitches! However, for the time being, please ensure that all your devices are connected to the same internet connection. Make sure your phone, tablet, and TV are connected to the same internet connection. If your TV is connected to a wifi-connector or any other connection, but your phone directly to your router, Chromecast will not work.
Troubleshooting:
If you cannot get Chromecast to work on the Android app, try using the Chrome app on your Android device. You can also cast from here!
If you encounter any issue on the iOS App, try using Chrome on a desktop web browser such as on MacBook or a PC.
Sometimes, you might get a grey screen! If you are on Chrome on desktop, try casting the class from the upper right corner of the Chrome web page, indicated by the three vertical dots.
