Did you connect your account to Apple? During registration, you have the option to opt into Sign in with Apple. So, every time you sign into Glo, you can select the Sign in with Apple option to get into your Glo account.
However, this feature is not supported on all devices! For instance, our TV apps including Roku and Amazon FireTV do not support this feature! In this case, you will need to find out the auto-generated email that Apple assigns to your account when you select Sign in with Apple. The assigned email is a long string of numbers and characters that you may not recognize but do not be alarmed!
If you are on the iOS app, you can find out what the email is by looking under Library -> Account Settings -> Profile. Or you can go to your iOS device's Settings -> iCloud -> Password and Security -> Apps Using Apple ID -> Glo. Or you can log into the website using the Sigh in with Apple feature, and visit Accounts Settings -> My account -> Email.
Once you find the email on your account, reset your password! You can only reset your password on a web browser, this action can not be done in the iOS app.
After you reset the password, you should be all set! You will type in the email address that Apple assigned to you and the password on your account to login to devices that do not provide the Sign in with Apple feature.
However, if you do not want to type in the Apple email address that Apple assigned to you, you can change your email address! You can do this on the website (not the iOS app) under Account Settings -> My account -> Email. You can then use this email as well as the password (that you just reset) when logging into devices that do not support Sign in with Apple.
You will still be able to use Sign in with Apple, when available, as long as you do not disconnect from Apple!
