At this time, Glo Core and Glo Guides subscriptions cannot be aligned to share the same billing date. Each subscription follows its own billing cycle based on the date it was originally activated, and we’re currently unable to modify or sync those dates due to system limitations.
We understand that aligning billing dates can make account management easier, and we are actively exploring ways to improve our billing flexibility as we continue to enhance the Glo experience.
In the meantime, we remain committed to providing a clear, reliable, and consistent billing process for all members. Should there be any updates to this policy in the future, we’ll share them promptly.
