If you paid for a subscription through Apple, and you are only getting 2-minute previews, please ensure that you are signed into your Glo account using the correct email and password.
If you have had a previous account with us under a different email address, the subscription may have linked to that account.
If you do not have any other accounts in our system, please reach out to support@glo.com so that our team can link your paid subscription to your account.
To expedite the process, please provide our team with a screenshot of your subscription with the next billing date visible (Found in your Apple ID settings, under Subscriptions).
