If you are only getting 2-minute previews even though you paid, your subscription is either linking to a previous account under a different email address, a connection error may be occurring, or we attempted to charge the card on file but the payment was declined.
Sometimes, if you previously connected to Apple via Sign in with Apple, your paid subscription could be linked to this account. Try logging out of the account you are currently logged into and then selecting Sign in with Apple and see if this connects you to the account with full viewing access!
