Lives classes are included in your Glo subscription at no extra cost. Join fellow Glo members from around the world in live classes via the website, iOS app, or Android app. There’s no limit to how many people can participate, so you can sign up early or jump in at the last minute!
Finding and Joining Live Classes
To locate the Live Schedule, visit the “Live Classes” tab on the iOS app, Android app, or the website: Live Schedule.
To join a live class:
- Navigate to the "Live classes" tab or the "For you" page at the scheduled time.
- Click on the live class you would like to attend.
- Optionally, sign up beforehand by selecting “Count me in.”
- Once signed up, you will receive email notifications with class details, including a reminder 10 minutes before the class begins.
- You do not need a password or link to join a live class and you do not need to sign up ahead of time either!
Can’t Attend a Live Class?
If you can’t make it to a live class, no worries—we understand! Simply go to the class you booked and click “Cancel” to update your reservation. There’s no need to inform us, and we’re always here to support you whenever you’re ready to join another class.
Time Zone Settings
Live class times reflect the time zone set in your Glo account. To verify or adjust your time zone:
- Log in to Glo.com through a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Click on your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Click “Account Settings.”
- Click “My account.”
- Scroll down to the “Time zone” section and select your preferred time zone.
Recorded Live Classes
Most live classes are uploaded to the on-demand library within 24 hours. Occasionally, technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances may prevent a livestream from being made available.
To find recorded live classes:
- Go to “Search.”
- Click “More filters.”
- Scroll down to “Live Classes.”
- Select “Live from home” and/or “Live from Glo.”
- You can also type “recorded” into the search bar for a quicker search.
