Glo is an auto-recurring subscription. Member's accounts are auto-billed on the same day each month (or year) unless canceled as stipulated in Glo's Terms & Conditions. Members have the ability to cancel anytime prior to their next billing date on the website and the Glo Customer Experience is happy to assist in the process!
