What to Do If a Class Livestream Buffers or Skips:
- Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you’re connected to a reliable and stable internet connection. The livestream adapts to your internet speed, so slower speeds may cause buffering or delays.
- On the Website: If buffering occurs, try refreshing your browser to improve the stream.
- On the iOS/tvOS Glo App: Force Quit the app to refresh it. Once reopened, try accessing the livestream again.
While we always strive to provide the best livestream experience, there may occasionally be hiccups on our end that could result in a livestream being canceled. Rest assured, we do our best to minimize these occurrences and upload all livestream classes for on-demand viewing. So, even if you miss it live, you’ll still have the opportunity to take the class.
