If you have paid $22.99 USD for a Glo subscription managed by Roku and you are getting 2-minute previews on the Glo Roku app, the following steps will assist in connecting you to your account.
1. Please verify that you have signed in to your account on the Glo app under SETTINGS --> LOGIN. If you are logged in, you will see the option to SIGN OUT as well as the email address you are signed in with.
2. If you are signed in, and still only get 2-minute previews, please verify that you are signed in using the correct email address. You may be signed into the Glo Roku app using another email address different from the one connected to your paid monthly subscription.
