The Beginner's Path is a feature on Glo that offers members the ability to learn and refresh skillsets on an introductory level in yoga, meditation, and pilates. Each path consists of a curated list of classes aimed at building comfort and confidence in your practice, step by step.
Whether you are new to yoga with little to no experience or an experienced yogi looking to rebuild foundational skillsets, the Beginner's Path offers guidance along the way.
You can choose between Light or Moderate intensity levels.
Light: Our gentle path is designed to introduce everything from setting up your space to the basic poses with less physical intensity, so you can gradually build strength and confidence in your practice.
Moderate: Our active path is for those who are new to yoga but have experience with other types of fitness classes. Learn the basic poses and techniques while enjoying the physical benefits.
Beginner's Path appears at the top of For You, unless you click X to remove this from For You.
