You can redeem gift cards directly on our website or through the link in the gift email you received: https://www.glo.com/gift/redeem.
If you are subscribed with a 3rd party such as Apple, Android, Amazon, or Roku, and you received a gift card, you will not be able to redeem your gift on your current subscription. You will need to cancel your current subscription with your provider. Once you have canceled, you can then redeem your gift card through the gift redemption link using a web browser, not the app. Please ensure you use the exact same login credentials when you redeem your gift card. If you are unable to redeem your gift card after you have canceled your subscription, please email us at support@glo.com.
