You are able to turn off automatic payment at any time by cancelling your subscription.
If you are enrolled through the website, you can cancel your subscription through the Payment tab of your Account Settings. Just click “Cancel My Account,” then select your reason for canceling and confirm.
If you registered through our iOS app using your Apple account, you’ll need to cancel through Apple.
On your iOS device:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on iTunes & App Store
- Tap on your Apple ID: email@domain.com at the top
- Tap on View Apple ID
- Sign into the iTunes Store using your Apple ID
- Under Subscriptions, tap Manage
- Tap on Glo
You can cancel your subscription by turning off Automatic Renewal or selecting Cancel (depending on which version of iOS you’re using).
