Glo is a non-refundable subscription company. We do not refund any unused time. We trust our members to keep track of their subscriptions and to adhere to the terms and conditions agreed to upon registration.

If your subscription is managed by a third party (Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku) and you wish to request a refund, you will need to reach out to them directly via their respective support channels. Glo does not have access to your billing or payment information for user privacy reasons.
