If you experience technical issues when using the Glo app on tvOS, please try the following:
1. Reboot your Apple TV. Here’s how:
- Unplug your Apple TV for at least ten seconds.
- Plug your Apple TV back in.
- Return to the Glo app.
2. Remove then reinstall Glo using these steps:
- From the home screen, highlight the Glo app.
- Press and hold the center of the touchpad until the Glo icon starts to shake.
- Press the play/pause button to uninstall and confirm when prompted.
- Reinstall Glo from the App Store and then try again.
