To update your email address or password, simply navigate to your 'My Account' tab within your Account Settings. Once there, click on 'edit' next to your current email address to input your new one, then save your changes. To update your password, select 'edit,' input your old and new passwords, and save.
Please note that changing your login credentials through the app isn't possible; this can only be accomplished via a web browser.
If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, click “Forgot Password?” under the login button or go to https://www.glo.com/forgot-password. Please note that your new password must be at least 8 characters long.
Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a link that will allow you to reset your password. If the email does not arrive in 15 minutes, please reach out to the Customer Experience team at support@glo.com.
