Foundations of Flow and Yoga for Newcomers are great for first-time yogis, as are Hatha 101 and Vinyasa 101, which are introductions to the styles you’ll most commonly find in a yoga studio.
If you have a bit of experience, but you’re new to Glo and want to get to know our teachers, we suggest Find Your Teacher, Find Your Flow.
We also have Ashtanga 101, Kundalini 101, Iyengar Yoga 101, Tao Yin 101, and Mat Pilates 101 which are great introductions to popular styles.
Pilates for Newcomers will be another introductory program in pilates that will serve you well!
