If you are registered through our website, you can cancel your account at any time from the Payment tab of your Account Settings on your computer. Just click “Cancel My Account,” then select your reason for canceling and confirm.
If you registered through our iOS app using your iTunes account, you’ll need to cancel through Apple. Here are the steps for canceling:
On your iOS device:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on iTunes & App Store
- Tap on your Apple ID: email@domain.com at the top
- Tap on View Apple ID
- Sign into the iTunes Store using your Apple ID
- Under Subscriptions, tap Manage
- Tap on Glo
You can cancel your subscription by turning off Automatic Renewal or selecting Cancel (depending on which version of iOS you’re using).
You won’t see any more charges after you’ve canceled, but you’ll still be able to use your account until the end of your billing cycle. We’d love to welcome you back, so we’ll hold on to all your settings and saved classes just in case. You can access your account again by simply logging in and entering your billing information.
