You have the flexibility to cancel your Glo Guides subscription at any time. Here is our recommended process for cancellation:
- We advise cancelling at least 24 hours before your next payment date to ensure a successful cancellation before the next billing cycle.
- Upon cancelling your subscription, you will retain access to Glo Guides for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Please note that cancelling your subscription does not result in a refund.
- It's important to understand that deleting your account or the app does not automatically cancel your Glo Guides subscription.
- Once your cancellation is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email to finalize the process. If you do not receive a cancellation email, please reach out to support@glo.com to ensure your subscription has been successfully canceled.
For iOS Users: To cancel your Glo Guides subscription, open the Glo app and go to the "My Practice" tab. Then, click on the settings icon at the top right corner of the screen. Tap "Manage Account" and tap "Cancel coaching subscription".
For Web Users: To cancel your Glo Guides subscription, log in to Glo.com. First, make sure to click "Your Plan" at the top right of the page—this is a key step. Afterward, click on your initials or profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to your account settings for Glo Guides. At the bottom of the page, you’ll see two options:

Cancel Glo Membership & Glo Guides Subscription: This option will cancel both your Glo membership (which includes access to the on-demand library and livestream classes) and your Glo Guides subscription (coaching). Please note, a Glo subscription is required to access Glo Guides.

Cancel Glo Guides Subscription: This option will cancel only your Glo Guides subscription, while keeping your Glo membership active. You’ll still have access to the on-demand library and livestream classes.
